About The Position

The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to CSO Leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives across our Corporate function. This role drives talent initiatives, strengthens organizational effectiveness and fosters a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports operational excellence and team member engagement. This role will sit with our Corporate Office in McLean, VA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification strongly preferred.
Six or more years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or comparable consultative experience.
Proven ability to advise leaders and align HR solutions with business needs.
Experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws and complex employee relations.
Strong analytical, communication, consultation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Sound independent judgment and HRIS experience; Workday and corporate or geographically dispersed experience preferred.
