Senior Manager, HS&E (Health, Safety and Environment)

This role will be responsible for leading overall Health Safety and Environment organization to create an interdependent culture enabling injury free workplace.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Engineering.
- 2-5 years of Health, Safety and environment experience and team leadership
- Strong leadership, business problem definition, and priority setting skills
- An aptitude for communicating insights and collaborating across teams/organizations

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HS&E management systems, ensuring adherence to standards
- Create action plans to achieve HS&E targets and interpret them for modules/departments
- Lead HSE incident investigations
- Ensure root cause analysis and timely completion of corrective actions
- Foster leadership support for HS&E activities and advise on program gaps
- Track and report accurate HS&E data to corporate systems
- Communicate HSE performance and plans, maintain site scorecard and masterplan
- Establish a network of capable Technology and System Owners for HSE objectives
- Identify staffing needs and provide appropriate training
- Ensure HSE technology owners possess necessary skills and address gaps
- Develop realistic succession and backup plans for key HSE roles
- Stay informed about upcoming changes in HSE regulations and prepare the site accordingly.
- Continuous improvement of HS&E systems by leveraging digital tools
