Senior Manager, HR Operations

Allegro MicroSystemsManchester, NH

About The Position

The Allegro team is united by a clear purpose—advancing technologies that make the world safer, more efficient, and more sustainable. With over 30 years of experience in semiconductor innovation, we bring that purpose to life across every part of the business—from breakthrough product development and customer success to how we show up for each other and the communities we serve. This is a builder role. You will stand up and scale the HR Operations function that supports Allegro’s continued growth—designing the service model, hardening controls, and modernizing how HR work gets done (including with AI). If you like taking a function from good to great, owning the operational backbone end-to-end, and working across the full HR stack, this role is for you. The Senior Manager, HR Operations is responsible for leading the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of core HR operational processes. Serving as HR's operational backbone, this leader ensures employee data integrity, efficient transaction execution, strong controls, and an exceptional employee and manager experience. This hands-on leader balances strategic process improvement with operational execution. You will partner across HR COEs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HR Technology to build a scalable, modernized service delivery model that supports Allegro’s growth.
