We are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations & Systems, to lead and optimize core HR processes and programs across the employee lifecycle. This role will drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, improving policies and procedures, enhancing service delivery, and partnering across HR, IT, Payroll, and other functions to ensure scalable, efficient, and employee-centered People Operations. This is an opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR operations while improving the employees’ experience through stronger processes and service delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HR operations, process improvement, and cross-functional execution, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and sustainable operating models. Knowledge of Workday HR systems is important, but this role is primarily focused on building a high-performing HR Operations function that delivers consistency, efficiency, and strong internal service.
