We have an exciting hybrid work opportunity for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team and support our East Hartford location! In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in strategic HR leadership within a complex and dynamic organization. You will gain experience in driving organizational transformation, fostering a high-performance culture, and partnering with senior leaders to achieve impactful business outcomes. Additionally, you will enhance your skills in coaching, change management, organizational design and project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management - with a demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects aligned to business objectives and delivered on time; OR an Advanced degree and 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR business partner or HR leader, including organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management - with a demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects aligned to business objectives and delivered on time.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

• Coaching certification, change management certification, or organizational design certification.
• Experience in supporting leadership teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong ability to influence and guide decision-making processes across various levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align and execute HR strategies that support business goals and drive organizational success.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives to ensure optimal team structures and capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering coaching and mentorship to foster high-performing teams and a positive work environment.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes and alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Manage and execute HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve leadership effectiveness, employee development, and overall team performance.
