About The Position

Senior Manager, Hospital Billing is responsible for supporting the
implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Epic Hospital Billing (HB)/
Resolute application. This role involves leading collaboration with clinical,
operational, and financial teams to ensure effective billing processes and
workflows within TBHC healthcare organization. This role is a full time role
that will require flexibility of schedules of working hours. Hours may be
subject to change to support the application during upgrades and on call.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or other related field.
• Experience working on medium to large size projects of five hundred (500) to one thousand plus (1,000+) hours.
• Experience working in a Healthcare environment
• EPIC Hospital Billing Resolute Application
• Knowledge of the client areas function and systems, technology alternatives, and ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff
• Knowledge of applications security and control procedures in accordance with departmental, vendor standards and regulatory bodies.
• Proficient in using Epic HB tools and familiarity with reporting tools such as crystal reports and data analysis software
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and mange timelines effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member across multiple teams
• Ability to independently research and perform analysis to resolve complex issues
• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage one's own work independently in a fast --paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work PowerPoint, etc.)
• Demonstrates ability to develop complex specifications for all aspects of applications, and familiarity with problem analysis, hardware/software configurations and application integration

• Certificates in other EPIC Inpatient Clinical modules - PREFERRED
