About The Position

As Senior Manager, Go-To-Market – Mobile, you will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution for Liberty Puerto Rico’s Mobile for B2C segment. You will ensure Liberty’s Postpaid portfolio remains competitive, compelling, and aligned with broader business priorities, including FMC integration, digital transformation, and customer value. This role requires strong commercial acumen, creative problem solving, and ability to drive performance across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required
  • 5-8 years of experience in telecom, product marketing, commercial strategy, or strategy/management consulting required.
  • At least 2+ as a manager/senior manager
  • Experience developing sales/go-to-market strategy in Fixed or Mobile and building business cases, modeling competitive scenarios and developing process analysis is required
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) with the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Driven, forward-thinking individual with creative digital advertising solutions and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills enable individuals to establish partnerships with senior leaders and across organizational lines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
  • Fast learner and able to understand our products, services, offers, and packages to translate to media tactics that generate upsell and call to action.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Skilled in collaborating with business and technical teams, leading solution design, development, and deployment across complementary teams.
  • Proficient in business process analysis, modeling, and proactively addressing data quality issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pricing and developing commercial offers is highly desirable
  • Experience with telecommunications or technology industries preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the GTM strategy for Mobile products and offers, including Liberty MiX, device bundling, Accessories and Value-added services.
  • Lead execution across sales, marketing, digital, and CX teams to ensure smooth delivery and consistent messaging.
  • Monitor market trends and performance data to identify risks and opportunities, deploying tactical responses as needed.
  • Design and manage targeted initiatives (e.g., Silver Bullets, upgrade incentives, channel-specific promos).
  • Partner with Product and Finance to align commercial actions with product evolution and financial targets.
  • Track KPIs such as activations, churn, ARPU, and attach rate, and implement actions to optimize results.
  • Support the integration of Postpaid offers into broader FMC propositions.
  • Represent Postpaid commercial strategy in leadership reviews and strategic planning forums.
  • Directly supervises a group and provides mentorship personnel in the Marketing Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and handling workload; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
