About The Position

The Hiring Advisors is partnering with an industry-leading, publicly traded enterprise software company to find a powerhouse Senior Manager, Go-to-Market FP&A. This role is a high-visibility position working directly with the Chief Commercial Officer, Global Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops. The company needs a strategic finance partner who actively shapes growth strategy, sales capacity, pricing, and multi-million dollar resource allocations.

Requirements

8+ Years in FP&A / Corporate Finance
Strong foundation in SaaS / subscription / recurring revenue business models.
3+ Years Management Experience: Proven track record of developing and leading analytical teams.
Hands-on experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Revenue orgs (both revenue forecasting and OPEX).
Proficiency with platforms like Hyperion, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
Ability to go toe-to-toe with commercial executives, offer pushback, and influence key investments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance co-pilot for the Chief Commercial Officer and global VP leadership across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Intl Markets.
Own sales capacity planning, quota/compensation modeling, pipeline analytics, deal desk strategy, and bookings forecasting.
Lead annual budgeting, driver-based forecasting, and long-range planning across all revenue and GTM organizations.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for Monthly Strategic Reviews with the Executive Leadership Team.
Coach, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team.
