As Senior Manager, GTM & Business Operations, you'll operate as a shared strategic leader across growth and operations for True Link’s flagship Visa Card. You'll work with card business leaders to own cross-functional initiatives end to end — structuring the approach, driving execution, and delivering the outcome. Our ideal candidate has likely spent 5+ years building structured problem-solving, client management, and analytical skills — first in consulting or banking, then ideally at a growth-stage startup — and is ready to apply that toolkit in a place where the impact is magnified.
