This role involves gathering and validating business goals from Finance and HR partners, synthesizing them into comprehensive analyses to provide GTM teams with timely status on goals and compensation. The position offers leadership and mentorship to analysts, potentially including direct people management responsibilities such as hiring, coaching, and performance management. The Senior Manager will translate pipeline and revenue data into clear narratives for executives and frontline GTM teams, surfacing decision-enabling insights. A key responsibility is supporting all aspects of Momentive Software Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), including sales compensation planning, administration, field support, and monthly processing of incentive payments. This includes completing monthly commissions accruals for the finance team and providing forecast expected costs versus budget reporting. The role also entails building dashboards and delivering timely reporting, metrics, and analysis for sales compensation, marketing, sales, and customer success leadership. Additionally, the Senior Manager will analyze the revenue pipeline to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success to guide decisions and increase revenue. Building forecasting and conversion-rate analytics across the funnel is crucial for early risk flagging and informing GTM planning. Other duties as assigned by the manager.
