Your Opportunity, Your Team Reporting directly to the Director of Global Security, you will oversee security operations, crisis management, and investigations across a global footprint. You will lead GSOC activities, manage business disruption response, and direct protective services and physical security systems. This role requires deep expertise in operations, intelligence, and technology, with a proven ability to scale programs and collaborate cross-functionally. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA office several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do Oversee global security operations across ~81 sites, ensuring comprehensive risk mitigation and business continuity. Lead GSOC activities and coordinate business disruption response, including crisis and incident management. Direct complex investigations related to threats and incidents, applying advanced threat response methodologies. Manage protective services for hosts and events, and administer physical security and access control systems. Guide strategic security programs, demonstrating scalable global leadership and expertise in investigations and threat management. What You'll Bring Minimum 7+ years of experience leading global security operations, investigations, and crisis management across multiple regions. Demonstrated expertise in security operations, intelligence analysis, technology integration, and scaling security programs and infrastructure. Experience operating at a global scale, with collaboration across departments and external partners. 7+ years experience leading GSOC management, business disruption response, threat investigations, protective services, and physical security systems.
