About The Position

The Senior Manager, Global Real Estate is a customer-focused leader responsible for leading and ensuring exceptional delivery of real estate, workplace, and administrative office services across Helmerich & Payne's global footprint in the US, UK, EU, Middle East, LATAM etc. Serving as a trusted partner to employees and leadership alike, this role collaborates closely with local leaders, corporate departments, functional teams, executives, and IT teams across the company to create a seamless workplace experience, support daily administrative operations, and successfully support special projects across the H&P footprint. Based in Tulsa, the Senior Manager, Global Real Estate, provides strategic oversight of H&P property management, office space leasing, sub leasing, planning, and workplace services across the global locations. This position fosters strong partnerships with property management firms, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to oversee property selection, leasing, office design initiatives, manage construction and renovation projects, and ensure efficient, high-quality office operations that support business needs and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of facilities management experience in a multi-tenant international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Commercial Real Estate License desired.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management, including leasing agreements, space planning, project management, vendor management, and office operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence executives, vendors, and employees at all levels.
  • Proven customer-service orientation with a track record of delivering high-quality internal support.
  • 3- 5 years of people leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude to identify opportunities, solve problems, and anticipate future needs.
  • Experience in facilities project estimating, budget creation, and execution.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience supporting multi-site/multi-state operations.
  • Understanding of building design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Service attitude, integrity, ability to manage healthy conflict, and resilience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Domestic and International travel 20% as needed.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid passport and be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Driving a high-standard, customer-service-based culture to ensure back-office operations seamlessly support executives, executive assistants, and all internal business units.
  • Interfacing routinely with departmental leaders, executives, and IT to align office services and technical installations with corporate business objectives.
  • Leading and developing the Office Services team at the Tulsa Corporate Office, establishing key performance metrics for administrative and facilities support.
  • Managing the organization's physical master plan and corporate office space allocation across global corporate locations.
  • Leading efforts associated with real estate strategy, including the identification, selection, and build-out of future or expanded office locations.
  • Planning and coordinating comprehensive office installations (space planning, maintenance, infrastructure, IT/telecommunications deployment, and printing equipment).
  • Serving as the primary point of contact with third-party property management companies and landlords.
  • Researching, estimating, and managing budgets for facility projects, including labor, equipment, and material costs.
  • Sourcing, vetting, and managing contracts with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Overseeing the workflow for all corporate work order requests, ensuring facilities and service issues are prioritized and resolved efficiently.
  • Managing essential office services, including mail and distribution networks, copier/printing services, corporate pool vehicles, parking allocations, and waste disposal.
