About The Position

Here, you will lead the charge in shaping the future of body lotions and other body subcategories, blending innovative marketing strategies with product excellence to deliver standout results. The position will report to the Executive Director, Global Product Marketing, Body Care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 4-6 years of current experience in global marketing in the beauty sector or CPG
  • Potent blend of strategic, creative, and analytic skills
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a trend-hunting mindset
  • Positive attitude
  • Experience managing & developing direct report(s)

  • Experience in Skincare and/or Body Care category a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive product innovation programs that define and communicate the unique benefits and claims of our body products, ensuring they resonate with a global audience.
  • Ideate and deliver on innovation concepts that drive breakout growth based on gap analysis, performance reporting and consumer-focused data from internal and external sources (CMI reports, regional and retailer consumer reports, "In the Kitchen" sessions with retailers).
  • Strategically manage and continually refine the 3-year rolling product launch calendar for Body to deliver breakthrough innovations and compelling support moments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Global Consumer Engagement, Product Development, and Regulatory to ensure successful product launches and consistent market performance.
  • Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that define and communicate the unique benefits and claims of our Body products, ensuring they resonate with a global audience.
  • Monitor and adapt marketing strategies based on consumer feedback and market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Manage cost and margin targets to meet financial objectives of the brand and category, assisting in setting COG & margin targets by category and adjusting MOB targets to reach gross margin targets.
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of category performance and make strategic recommendations to optimize the product portfolio.
  • Champion sustainability within the product development process, ensuring all products meet the highest environmental standards without compromising on quality.
