This role is responsible for owning the Global Procurement planning cadence and performance management. The Senior Manager will lead executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and narratives for the Procurement Leadership Team, Executive Committee, and Board forums. They will track the delivery of strategic commitments, surfacing risks and insights early, and partner with the CPO on presentations, papers, and leadership communications. The role also provides PMO leadership for Procurement Digital and AI-enabled initiatives, establishing clear delivery discipline while keeping ways of working pragmatic. The Senior Manager will translate complex data into compelling stories using advanced visualization and AI tools, own delivery standards, artefacts and insights within assigned initiatives, and manage the PLT agenda, meeting calendar, and content. This role requires influencing senior stakeholders through insight, preparation, and clarity rather than formal authority.
