Senior Manager Global Procurement- Advanced Therapies

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement – Advanced Therapies to join our Global Procurement organization, supporting our Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) category on an on-site basis. In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement strategies and drive global category execution across Contract Development and Manufacturing Operations, while collaborating with Procurement management, business partners, and the Law department to align category priorities and deliver cost savings and efficiency gains. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement
- Experience in Pharma/BioPharma or science in general, demonstrating growth in experience, scale, and development throughout
- Experience managing teams of professional-level employees responsible for category management tasks (if applicable)
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of sourcing and contracting tools, ERPs, and eRFx systems (e.g., Oracle, Zycus, Ariba)
Responsibilities
- Defines and implements the global CMO Category strategy to serve global and regional business needs
- Aligns category priorities with Procurement management and business partners through close cross-functional collaboration
- Manages negotiations, supplier management, and partner engagement activities for the Packaging Category
- Drives cost savings, cash flow improvement, and other efficiency gains through category management activities
- Participates in organizational decisions within CMO categories that carry critical short- and long-term impact on category performance
- Leads category activities to ensure compliance with GxPs and other applicable regulations
- Negotiates contract terms and conditions in consultation with the Law department, aligned with Regeneron's priorities
- Uses data and market knowledge to drive decision-making and continuous improvement across category projects
