Senior Manager, Global MES Delivery
About The Position
Bristol Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Senior Manager, Global MES Delivery (in Tampa, FL). This role involves collaborating with IT and Business teams to understand requirements and develop solutions for the Enterprise Manufacturing Execution Systems (EMES). The position requires designing, building, testing, and delivering both standard and custom EMES capabilities across the global manufacturing network. It also includes providing ongoing support to minimize disruptions to manufacturing operations and maintain product integrity, as well as supporting the administration of central EMES development and test systems while overseeing site-specific development, test, and production environments. The role contributes to the knowledge management strategy by creating content and mentoring team members, and identifies and executes opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and systems. A key aspect is promoting compliance with data integrity and computer system validation requirements by adhering to regulations and ensuring changes are understood and their impact on the validated state of applications and infrastructure is effectively managed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience in Computer Systems Analyst or related occupation.
- Five (5) years of experience with Utilizing Manufacturing Execution Systems, including Emerson Syncade.
- Five (5) years of experience with Designing, building, deploying, and supporting automation and execution systems in a regulated manufacturing environment, including Syncade, DeltaV, or OSIsoft PI Data Historian.
- Five (5) years of experience with Applying batch manufacturing industry standards including International Society of Automation (ISA) standards S88 or S95.
- Five (5) years of experience with Validating software in the Life Sciences industry ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Five (5) years of experience with Delivering IT automation solutions.
Responsibilities
