The Role The Senior Global Category Manager partners with the Global Head of Marketing to define and deliver the end-to-end category growth strategy—spanning consumer and HCP decision journeys, innovation, brand equity, and global execution. This role owns the translation of category strategy into globally scalable toolkits, ensuring strong brand consistency, commercial growth, and scientific credibility across all markets. In addition, the role plays a critical leadership position in driving global marketing strategy, 360° campaign development, and brand storytelling to elevate awareness, engagement, and performance of the portfolio.
