About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Global Business Systems to lead the vision, governance, optimization, and delivery of enterprise business applications supporting global operations. This role is responsible for managing the organization's business systems portfolio, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise applications. The Senior Manager will partner closely with business and technology leaders to align systems strategy with organizational goals, drive digital transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the effective delivery of business technology solutions worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise business applications.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or business technology functions.
  • Experience leading global or multi-regional business systems environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and HRIS enterprise platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in (MBA, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, PMP, ITIL, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management certification.
  • Experience leading digital transformation and enterprise modernization initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global business systems strategy and roadmap for the company’s core applications globally.
  • Lead a team of business systems analysts, architects, administrators, and technical leads.
  • Partner with executive and business leaders to identify technology opportunities and process improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of enterprise applications.
  • Manage global business systems projects, priorities, budgets, and resources.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for enterprise systems.
  • Drive adoption of automation, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and service providers.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure business value and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead change management, communication, and user adoption efforts for strategic initiatives.
