About The Position

As a Senior Manager, Structural Packaging, you’ll lead packaging strategy, innovation, and execution for Walmart Brands, driving continuous improvement across packaging design, production, content, and supplier partnerships. This is a highly visible leadership role for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of packaging innovation, operational excellence, and people leadership.

Requirements

Deep experience in packaging innovation, production, and supplier management.
Strong understanding of packaging operations, cost structures, and industry standards.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
Experience managing and developing high‑performing teams.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, and influence skills.
Comfort operating in fast‑paced, highly matrixed environments.
BachelorΓÇÖs degree in Packaging, Business, or related field and 4 yearsΓÇÖ experience in packaging, procurement, engineering, project management, or related field OR 6 yearsΓÇÖ experience in packaging, procurement, engineering, project management, or related field.
