We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Marketing & Growth) to lead budget ownership, expense management, and performance oversight across our global Marketing organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, GTM FP&A, this role serves as a dedicated Finance Business Partner to Marketing and Growth leaders, providing financial leadership across planning, forecasting, and investment decision-making. You will own how marketing spend is planned, tracked, and optimized globally, ensuring strong financial discipline while enabling efficient growth. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, including building scalable reporting and business intelligence solutions (e.g., Power BI), managing governance and approval frameworks, and delivering clear insights into marketing performance across the subscription funnel. You will also develop a Senior Financial Analyst, helping elevate analytical rigor and business partnership across the team.
