Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
5 - 10 years of related experience.

Nice To Haves

Professional certification is not required but encouraged (e.g., CFA, CMA, etc.)

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, recurring forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario analysis in partnership with department leaders.
Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial results, timely reporting, and alignment between actual performance and forward-looking forecasts.
Lead, coach, and develop FP&A senior analysts or other finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders to improve margins and operational performance.
Implement appropriate recommendations with business partners to improve its policies, procedures, and drive positive results.
Evaluate and improve planning processes, reporting tools, data quality, and financial systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
