About The Position

Position Summary... We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead trailer engineering initiatives and light-duty fleet integration programs supporting linehaul and last-mile operations. This role will own engineering pilots, supplier coordination, weight reduction initiatives, Trailer Refrigerator Unit (TRU) strategy, and body/chassis integration programs across multiple OEM partners. What you'll do... Understand the core business of Fleet Services and apply it to the trailer sector. Requirements

Ability to work across a large demographic from Technicians to Engineers and Designers
Provide cross-functional leadership across the stakeholder groups
Strong trailer engineering/design/service background
Current and future Industry direction knowledge
Pragmatic with an attention to detail
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and 4 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in Engineering, supply chain, or a related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
