As our Senior Manager, Workforce Finance Planning, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting processes that support a global, integrated workforce planning function. You will partner closely with the HR Workforce Planning Lead, Finance leaders, and stakeholders to align financial planning with workforce planning processes. Together, you will ensure that headcount, labor costs, and personnel-related expenses are forecasted accurately and efficiently, enabling informed decision-making and scalable growth. This highly visible role will shape the future of workforce-related financial planning across Boston Scientific by advancing an enterprise-wide, holistic approach to headcount financial modeling, cost optimization, and long-range workforce investment planning. The Senior Manager, Finance Workforce Planning is a key resource for the build and deployment of a global, integrated, and evolving financial planning capability aligned to workforce strategy. This role enables Finance, HR, and business leaders to deliver accurate forecasts of headcount and personnel expenses in the most efficient and effective ways to invest in talent while meeting business and financial objectives. At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.
