About The Position

As a Senior Manager Finance for Overall P&L here at Honeywell, you will be in a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the entire Profit and Loss (P&L) portfolio. You will lead strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting to drive business growth and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial outcomes and support key business decisions. You will report directly to our Senior Director Data and Analytics, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall financial health and strategic direction of the business by ensuring accurate financial management and driving initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.   • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
