About The Position

The Senior Manager, Finance plays a critical role in driving financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation to support business performance. This position leads complex financial modeling, monitors control structures, and collaborates cross-functionally to enhance reporting transparency and operational efficiency. The role involves guiding teams, developing business plans, and communicating financial insights to senior management. Additionally, the Senior Manager fosters talent development, ensures compliance with company policies, and promotes a culture of integrity and continuous improvement to deliver sustainable business results aligned with organizational goals. The E2E FP&A team plays a crucial role in advancing U.S. Store Operations, Real Estate, Energy, and Supply Chain by streamlining end-to-end processes. This team focuses on enhancing forecasting, planning, and reporting to improve financial management and support organizational objectives. The Senior Manager will work closely with leadership across Real Estate and E2E functions to design and implement efficient business processes. Emphasizing financial planning, analysis, risk mitigation, and profit and loss management, the team drives informed decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modeling to support strategic decision-making and expense target recommendations.
  • Strong experience managing risk mitigation through control structures and process improvements across financial functions.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial results clearly to senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing finance associates within a team-based environment.
  • Skilled in driving business plans, measuring performance, and adapting strategies to meet operational and customer needs.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, compliance, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience.
