The Senior Manager – Facilities & Process Engineering, performs a pivotal role engineering and executing strategic improvements for S&C. The position entails responsibility for oversight and managing engineering, construction, and improvements of facilities and production processes, leading initiatives to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The Sr. Manager – Facilities & Process Engineering focuses on the planning and execution of improvement strategies designed to increase growth of the company, reliability and performance of the process systems and equipment, enabling the smooth running of process support systems and operations, engagement initiatives, driving strategic problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives and reporting out to executive leadership on results and enacting countermeasures when targets are missed. This is a gateway opportunity leading to an advanced role in Facilities.
