Job Summary Responsible for the business development of the Fabrication and Rebar production and operations across the organization nationwide. Monitors and maintains efficiency in all fabrication operations. Oversees fabrication and quality control across the business. Works closely with Regional and District Operations Managers, Branch Managers, Warehouse Managers, and regional Fabrication Managers.

Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fabrication or construction industry.
• Experience managing multiple sites in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in utilizing financial indicators to measure performance and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manages fabrication operations across the business including production, budgetary, and other financial performance goals.
• Develops and monitors fabrication production and quality standards and procedures.
• Applies leading-edge knowledge of industry and competitive trends impacting production scope to fabrication processes.
• Oversees the implementation of safety, health and regulatory compliance for all Fabrication and Rebar sites.
• Manages inventory levels across the business and through the production process.
• Manages, hires, trains, and develops a staff of regional Fabrication managers.
