Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Senior Manager, External Manufacturing (EM) Procurement Strategy & Warehousing Initiatives. This strategic delivery role partners with the EM Global Category Leader and subcategory leaders to turn priorities into programs, decisions, and measurable outcomes across a complex global supplier landscape. The role leads selected business-critical initiatives, establishes portfolio governance, develops insights for leadership decisions, and drives cross-functional execution. It may also lead selected external warehousing, overflow-storage, and capacity projects that require focused procurement leadership. The role owns an integrated portfolio of EM strategic initiatives and leads selected enterprise and EM initiatives from scoping through implementation. It also provides procurement leadership for selected warehousing and capacity projects, partnering with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and fact-based recommendations. The position leads business planning, budget planning, forecasting, value tracking, KPI and portfolio-scorecard improvements, and enhancements to procurement ways of working and governance. The position may be based in Titusville, New Jersey; Zug, Switzerland; Geel/Beerse, Belgium; or Cork, Ireland. Occasional travel of 5–10% may be required. The anticipated base pay range is $122,000–$212,750. The posting is anticipated to close November 10, 2026, though the company may extend the period.
