The Senior Manager will be a key member of Visa’s Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO), responsible for driving meaningful and sustainable change across various segments of Visa’s business. This role involves acting as a strategist to support the development and execution of initiatives aligned with Visa Leadership Team’s priorities across segments and geographies. Key areas include developing strategies for improved accountability, implementing enterprise-wide organizational improvements to unlock revenue, capacity, or investment funding, and identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and accelerate time-to-market. The Sr. Manager plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that advance Visa’s growth, efficiency, and long-term strategy, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape, evaluate, and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives. This position requires strong strategic judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations, operating effectively in ambiguity, influencing stakeholders, and balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution to deliver measurable business impact.
