About The Position

As Senior Manager Enterprise Performance FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in leading the financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes for enterprise-wide initiatives. This position is designed for a strategic and collaborative finance leader who excels at orchestrating cross-functional alignment and delivering insightful financial narratives that drive informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Performance, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and integrity of planning standards, governance, and variance logic across the enterprise. You will coordinate inputs from FP&A, Data & Analytics (D&A), and Strategy teams to align financial plans with strategic priorities, while leading scenario analysis, enterprise roll-ups, and executive performance storytelling. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader with strong expertise in integrated financial planning and performance management, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and driving operational excellence in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Over 7 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, preferably in enterprise or corporate finance roles.
  • Strong experience in integrated planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX integration and capital allocation processes.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with financial planning systems, ERP, and enterprise performance management tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
  • Collaborative leader who fosters alignment and accountability.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the comprehensive FP&A processes for enterprise functions, including planning, forecasting, and performance management. Ensure all cycles adhere to enterprise standards and governance frameworks.
  • Define, enforce, and continuously improve enterprise-wide standards, assumptions, variance logic, and submission protocols to guarantee consistency and accuracy in planning and reporting cycles.
  • Act as the central coordinator across FP&A, D&A, and Strategy teams, managing inputs, resolving challenges, and securing sign-offs to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with Capital Planning & Allocation teams to integrate CAPEX and OPEX planning and performance management. Support capital investment criteria, gating processes, portfolio prioritization, and post-investment performance evaluation.
  • Lead the aggregation and reconciliation of total P&L, headcount, and other key financial and operational metrics across regions and functions, providing a unified enterprise view.
  • Develop and deliver compelling executive-level performance narratives, including enterprise performance packs, risk and opportunity assessments, and trade-off analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with D&A, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) teams to drive standardized, automated, and data-driven planning workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work closely with regional FP&A teams to review, challenge, and strengthen business cases, forecasts, and investment proposals, ensuring robust financial discipline and alignment.
  • Provide insightful variance analysis and commentary on enterprise performance to senior leadership, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
