About The Position

Join a high-impact Finance team that supports how the Bank plans, measures performance, and makes key financial decisions. You will work closely with senior leaders across Finance and the business to deliver insights that support the CFO and Senior Executive Team. The roles sit within Enterprise Decision Support (EDS), a team delivering two core mandates: Enterprise Planning and Forecasting Management Reporting and Performance Analytics

Requirements

10+ years relevant experience preferred
Experience in financial planning, forecasting, or corporate finance
Ability to turn complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with senior leaders
Continuous improvement mindset
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative or analytical field

Nice To Haves

MBA, CPA, CFA, or advanced degree in Analytics or Data Science considered an asset

Responsibilities

Deliver clear, actionable insights to support executive decision making on performance, costs, and enterprise priorities
Translate complex financial data into practical insights for senior stakeholders
Partner across Finance, Strategy and the business to support enterprise planning and reporting
Facilitate the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
Drive development of the financial strategy and forward outlook, including Enterprise targets
Deliver scenario analysis on key risks and strategic opportunities impacting future performance
Support enterprise reporting, including total bank results and expense analysis
Contribute to earnings materials and executive briefings
Provide insights on performance drivers and deliver benchmarking across segments
