About The Position

The Sr. Manager, Enterprise AI Transformation Office will support critical initiatives for the Enterprise AI Transformation Office. This colleague will partner directly with teams across the enterprise to strengthen execution of critical AI initiatives, ensure initiatives deliver at scale, and drive sustainable value. The role will also support the development of pipelines for future AI initiatives, including tracking, insights, and best practice adoption. This role will step into complex, in-flight programs to provide structure, remove barriers, and enhance cross-functional coordination. The colleague will bring enterprise perspective, disciplined execution oversight, and connectivity across teams to amplify outcomes and unlock momentum. This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive communication and presentation skills, structured thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. The ideal candidate can bring clarity to white space, adapt quickly as priorities evolve, and drive coordinated execution across a complex, matrixed environment.
