About The Position

This role focuses on leading technical collaboration across multiple product groups, ARTs, journeys, and Digital Channels to align on shared technology goals and architecture standards. The Senior Manager will lead the execution of ART features and modernization across product teams, ensuring platform strategies scale effectively. They will ensure teams build and utilize reusable, scalable components, drive AI adoption, automation, and technical efficiencies, and lead efforts to design and implement foundational platform architecture. This includes identifying and prioritizing foundational initiatives like security, performance optimization, and framework/library development. The role provides Technical Leadership for RESL assets and new Credit platform needs, guiding teams on service design standards and horizontal teams contributing to the platform. Collaboration with offshore teams to accelerate delivery and maintain quality is also a key aspect, as is partnering with BOM, Finance, and practices for robust financial and feature management. Accountability extends across core platform assets, tooling for development and release, and EA Legacy & Evolution competency, with continued Technology Strategy and Intake support. The role requires people leadership for Platform Dev, BSA, and QE resources within ARTs.

Requirements

10+ Years Technical Experience with Java, Angular, Kafka and Azure
3-5 Years of AI development and delivery (e.g., Azure chatGPT, Google Vertex or other platform AI hands on work)
Seen to be a leader that can solution, build teams and execute quickly on priorities; build opportunities for innovation and mature teams with AI
Stakeholder management experience
People Management skills

Responsibilities

Foster technical collaboration across multiple product groups, ARTs, journeys and Digital Channel to align on shared technology goals and architecture standards
Lead execution of ART features/Modernization across product teams, ensuring platform strategies scale effectively across the pods
Ensure teams are working towards building and utilizing reusable, scalable components, drive AI adoption, automation and technical efficiencies
Lead and help build AI capacity within the team and drive adoption and speed up delivery
Lead efforts to design and implement foundational platform architecture (aligning with prioritized projects and programs)
Identify and prioritize foundational initiatives such as security, performance optimization, framework/libraries
Provide Technical Leadership for RESL assets and new Credit platform needs
Work with teams to ensure services design standards are prioritized
Provide guidance and structure to horizontal teams contributing to platform (including feature refinement)
Partner with offshore teams to accelerate delivery timelines and maintain quality of cross-POD initiatives
Support coordination and quality of deliverables from offshore teams, ensuring alignment with operational goals
Partner with BOM, Finance and practices to ensure robust financial and feature management using enterprise tools (e.g., feature cost dashboard, feature estimation tool, JIRA etc.)
Accountability across core platform assets, Tooling for development and release, EA Legacy & Evolution competency
Continued Technology Strategy and Intake support
Ensure Platform Dev, BSA and QE resources are present in ARTs
