The Senior Manager, Premium Portfolio Brands will play a critical role in advancing cross-brand and portfolio-wide initiatives—helping to track, manage, and optimize a dynamic set of Premium & Endorsed brand management projects. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy and execution, ensuring work across multiple brands is aligned, prioritized, and delivered with speed and impact. Scope encompasses fourteen brands – from our flagship brands (Marriott Hotels) to our emerging brands (Outdoor Collection). This is an ideal role for a highly organized, strategic thinker who combines strong project management discipline with deep brand management expertise. The individual will flex across initiatives—stepping into priority projects, driving progress, and ensuring teams move seamlessly from strategy to execution. Working closely with Global Discipline teams and Continent partners, this leader will act as a central connector—bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to a complex portfolio of work.
