We are seeking a strategic, influential, and forward‑thinking Senior Manager to lead our People Experience (PX) function for the AMER region. This role is responsible for driving high‑quality HR Generalist delivery, shaping Employee Relations strategy, and orchestrating complex organizational change across a dynamic, global matrix environment. This role directly manages both the AMER HR Generalist (PXC) team and the AMER Employee Relations (ER) team, ensuring cohesive service delivery, operational excellence, and a consistent employee experience across the region. You will guide both teams through annual HR cycles, coach them through change, and elevate their impact through data‑driven insights, process improvements, and strong stakeholder partnerships. While day‑to‑day work is rooted in AMER operations, this role also plays a critical part in aligning complex regional practices with the global PX organization. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, Studio HR, and global PX leaders to deliver integrated solutions, influence cross‑regional initiatives, and contribute to the evolution of our global HR operating model. Success in this role requires exceptional communication, a proactive mindset, strong analytical capability, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
