About The Position

Anduril is seeking a Senior Manager of Electrical Strategic Supply Chain to lead a team and strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier development, and industrialization efforts supporting global operations and manufacturing goals for electrical commodities, specifically PCB/PCBA. The role combines people management, technical expertise in indirect services and processes, and delivery of strategic initiatives. The team is growing rapidly, creating an opportunity to scale processes, develop talent, and make a significant organizational impact.

The position reports to the Head of Electrical Strategic Supply Chain. It requires onsite work in Costa Mesa, California for candidates who are not already local, relocation if needed, and travel up to 50% of the time. The role also requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supplier development roles.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Experience managing and scaling teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Ability to relocate if not already local to work onsite in Costa Mesa, California.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
• Proven ability to lead supplier industrialization efforts for NPI and scaling production.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis tools for cost modeling and performance tracking.
• Well-versed in TCO analysis and data-driven analytics for component and supplier selection in a product-based ecosystem.
• Experience developing commodity strategies and roadmaps with key engineering stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in driving and influencing other teams toward a common goal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for PCB/PCBA to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supply chain resilience.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers with strong capabilities in the relevant indirect commodities.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of strategic sourcing professionals.
• Scale the team to meet organizational growth needs and support talent development and retention.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and career development opportunities for team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and results-driven performance.
• Track and report metrics including cost savings, supplier quality (PPM), on-time delivery, and supplier capacity.
• Develop and implement scalable processes to improve supplier management and operational efficiency.
• Lead supplier development and industrialization efforts supporting NPI and production scaling.
