About The Position

Nulo is seeking a Senior Manager, eCommerce who is both a strategic relationship lead and a hands-on tactical expert. You will drive above-industry growth with online retailer partners like Amazon and Chewy through collaborative planning and expert execution of our premium nutrition strategy. This person will own the day-to-day customer & platform management, will work closely with a variety cross-functional teams as well as agency partners to ensure we are well synchronized on the critical growth-driving activities. We’re looking for a seasoned eCommerce leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; someone who can operate at both the 30,000-foot strategic level and in the tactical details, while consistently delivering measurable growth and operational excellence. This role will require up to 15% travel to HQ in Austin, TX and/or to customer HQ, trade shows, industry conferences, etc. This role is primarily remote.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel marketing, ideally within a high-growth CPG environment (pet preferred but not required), with demonstrated success scaling brands.
  • Advanced, hands-on knowledge of major eCommerce ecosystems (Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Chewy) and digital shelf tools (Salsify, Stackline).
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights and develop performance narratives.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives, managing agency partners, and influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and business lead for key eCommerce partners. Own the day-to-day relationship while leading Joint Business Planning, vendor negotiations, and ongoing strategic conversations to keep Nulo’s goals aligned with retailer priorities.
  • Take full ownership of account P&Ls, driving profitable, sustainable growth. Manage forecasts and investments thoughtfully while continuously looking for ways to grow revenue, improve margins, and build long-term customer value.
  • Build and execute annual and quarterly strategies for Amazon, Chewy, and other key platforms. Bring together media, promotions, content, and assortment plans to support both channel performance and broader brand goals.
  • Own Nulo’s digital shelf presence and make sure the “Fuel Incredible” brand story shows up consistently and compellingly across platforms. Partner with internal teams and agencies to optimize SEO, PDPs, reviews, and paid media, and use performance data to guide ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep inventory, pricing (MAP), promotions, and operations aligned—ensuring smooth execution and minimizing any roadblocks to growth.
