About The Position

The Senior Manager, Divisional Maintenance, leads operational excellence across multiple facilities by overseeing maintenance, vendor management, and facility repair activities. This role drives business process improvements, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, and fosters cross-functional collaboration to optimize facility performance. Utilizing data analysis and technical expertise, the position supports strategic decision-making and cost management. The role also manages crisis response, contract administration, and change initiatives, ensuring reliability and safety while promoting continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals. Strong leadership and business acumen are essential to influence partners and deliver sustainable operational results. About the team: The Reliable Operations team delivers technical expertise, maintenance governance, and reliability leadership across the fulfillment network. It collaborates with site operations, maintenance teams, OEMs, and service partners to enhance equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and improve operational performance. The team identifies reliability risks, standardizes maintenance practices, resolves critical equipment issues, and implements network-level strategies. Their efforts ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of material handling systems, maximizing service quality and providing a consistent experience for customers and members throughout the network.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in managing divisional maintenance and facility operations with a focus on operational excellence.
Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Expertise in vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and quality control.
Proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Technical knowledge of facility repair, maintenance, and reliability management.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience managing budgets, procurement, and expense control within maintenance operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field AND 4 years’ experience in maintenance, operations or related field OR 6 years’ experience in maintenance, operations, or related field.
