About The Position

Senior Manager / Director of Social Media – Certified Collectibles Group (CCG) Location: Hybrid – Sarasota, FL or Remote (U.S.-based) Department: Marketing Reports to: SVP Global Marketing Certified Collectibles Group (CCG), a global leader in the authentication and grading of collectibles, is expanding and building a world‑class digital marketing organization. We are seeking a forward‑thinking Social Media leader to elevate CCG’s storytelling, grow our audience and deepen our connection with collectors and content creators across every social media platform. Role Overview This role leads the strategy, operations, and innovation behind CCG’s social media ecosystem. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, analyst and culture‑translator — someone who understands fandom communities, the collectibles market, and the power of digital storytelling. You will oversee CCG’s organic and paid social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, ensuring each platform reflects CCG’s authority while capturing the passion and energy of the collector community. In this role you will be responsible for:

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally in collectibles, gaming, entertainment, pop culture or similar
  • Proven success leading social strategy for a consumer‑facing or fandom‑driven brand
  • Expertise in both organic and paid social, with hands-on experience optimizing performance across platforms
  • Strong leadership skills with experience guiding content teams and building operational consistency
  • Deep understanding of analytics, audience segmentation and KPI optimization

Responsibilities

  • Own the global social media strategy for CCG across all collectible categories and regions, with a focus on engagement
  • Define and evolve CCG’s social voice to reflect authority, transparency and community passion
  • Lead and mentor a growing team of social media specialists
  • Partner cross-functionally to support launches, reveals, shows and category or regional expansions
  • Oversee content calendars and platform‑specific storytelling tailored to collectors and hobbyists
  • Develop an educational, inspirational and entertaining content strategy rooted in CCG’s authority and industry impact
  • Lead live‑event and convention social coverage to amplify CCG’s presence worldwide
  • Drive our community engagement strategy with proactive responses, creator partnerships and fan dialogue
  • Drive performance across organic and paid social to grow reach, engagement and conversion
  • Manage paid social campaigns supporting acquisition, submissions and brand awareness
  • Test, scale and innovate with new content formats, creators, trends and platform technologies
  • Build and manage partnerships with influencers, graders, creators and collectors who elevate CCG’s story
  • Collaborate with Creative on multimedia production including video, animation and livestream content
  • Support category‑specific initiatives (comics, cards, etc.) with tailored social strategies in partnership with vertical’s Marketing leader
