Develops industry-leading digital UX strategies that have a direct impact on the organization's business results and long-term success.
Coordinates external research efforts with vendors or partners, seeking industry-leading practices and benchmarking opportunities.
Consults on UX-related matters with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.
Coaches other professionals within the UX research team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues.
Checks and reviews completed research work to ensure compliance with established processes, standards, and policies.
