As Sr. Manager of Site Merchandising for Digital Acceleration, you will guide how Member’s Mark shows up and performs across Sam’s Club’s digital ecosystem in partnership with eCommerce. Sitting within the Private Brands team, this role is responsible for translating brand strategy into high-impact digital guidance that drives experiences that drive conversion, strengthen brand equity, and accelerate growth. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, and eCommerce teams—bringing a strong point of view on what best-in-class looks like and using data to continuously optimize performance. This is a highly visible role where you’ll shape how millions of members experience Member’s Mark online. The Member's Mark Brand Strategy & Operations team leads the development and activation of our brand vision. Serving as the central hub for brand strategy, planning, and execution, the team aligns cross-functional partners to ensure consistent brand presence across marketing, digital, and experiential platforms. This collaborative group drives business plans, monitors brand performance, and supports communication strategies that enhance customer engagement. With a focus on strategic leadership and operational excellence, the team fosters a results-oriented environment that advances brand growth and delivers value across multiple channels.
