About The Position

As Sr. Manager of Site Merchandising for Digital Acceleration, you will guide how Member’s Mark shows up and performs across Sam’s Club’s digital ecosystem in partnership with eCommerce. Sitting within the Private Brands team, this role is responsible for translating brand strategy into high-impact digital guidance that drives experiences that drive conversion, strengthen brand equity, and accelerate growth. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, and eCommerce teams—bringing a strong point of view on what best-in-class looks like and using data to continuously optimize performance. This is a highly visible role where you’ll shape how millions of members experience Member’s Mark online. The Member's Mark Brand Strategy & Operations team leads the development and activation of our brand vision. Serving as the central hub for brand strategy, planning, and execution, the team aligns cross-functional partners to ensure consistent brand presence across marketing, digital, and experiential platforms. This collaborative group drives business plans, monitors brand performance, and supports communication strategies that enhance customer engagement. With a focus on strategic leadership and operational excellence, the team fosters a results-oriented environment that advances brand growth and delivers value across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or related field OR 6 years’ experience in public relations, communications, or related area.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive digital performance for Member’s Mark
  • Own and evolve a site brand strategy that improves key metrics such as Member’s Mark eComm shoppers and improve digital penetration
  • Elevate and standardize the Member’s Mark digital experience
  • Ensure a consistent, premium brand presence across PDPs, homepage, and key landing pages leveraging relationships to bring this to life across departments.
  • Build and implement scalable standards for digital merchandising, content, and storytelling that reflect Member’s Mark brand expectations
  • Lead with analytics to inform priorities and decisions
  • Run site analytics to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and diagnose performance gaps to share with partners to action
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear recommendations that influence business strategy
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional partners
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to align digital brand priorities with broader business goals
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance how Member’s Mark is featured and experienced across the site
  • Serve as the single threaded leader from Member’s Mark Private Brand team to influence eCommerce teams to tie back to brand expectations
  • Strengthen campaign and launch execution
  • Ensure product launches and campaigns are executed with strong digital visibility and consistency
  • Continuously work with eCommerce to optimize site placement and experience based on performance insights and member behavior
  • Champion operational excellence and speed
  • Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously, ensuring clear prioritization and execution
  • Improve processes and ways of working to accelerate delivery and reduce friction across teams
