As a Senior Manager - Digital Product, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technology products in Aetna Web Services (AWS) that drive customer and business value. As a member of the Digital Product Team, you will partner across business, technology, and design organizations to define product vision, prioritize investments, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned with enterprise objective.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst in health care domain.

Nice To Haves

Certified Product Manager (CPM).
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Prior experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives.
Partner with AWS Cloud Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Establish product KPIs and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and value realization.
Influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across cross-functional organizations.
Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners while fostering a customer-centric and data-driven culture.
