Senior Manager-Digital Product Management
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and strategic product leader to join the Acceptance Solutions team as Senior Manager, Digital Product Management. This role will have meaningful ownership of strategic payment acceptance products for in-person payments (e.g. retail terminal and “SoftPOS” mobile point of sale) and capabilities and will help define how American Express acceptance evolves as payment technology and merchant needs continue to change. The successful candidate will develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps, translate merchant and partner needs into scalable capabilities, prioritize investments, and lead cross-functional teams through complex product decisions and delivery. The role will work closely with Technology, other Product teams, merchant-facing organizations, external partners, and stakeholders across American Express to bring new capabilities to market and continuously improve existing solutions. This is an opportunity for a product leader who enjoys operating at the intersection of product strategy, technology, payments, and customer needs and who can translate complex problems into clear product direction and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
