About The Position

Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Leader to drive and lead our 50-up workflow. This role sits at the heart of our printing and trading card innovation, overseeing every stage of digitally printed card production — from initial design through fulfillment. This leader will not only ensure flawless execution of daily operations but also build the long-term strategies that keep us ahead in a fast-paced, highly creative, and quality-driven industry. This is an opportunity to shape the production engine behind some of the most collectible and culturally relevant trading cards in the world. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and hands-on operator, with the ability to lead large teams, partner cross-functionally, and deliver results under tight timelines and high expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of operational leadership in a fast-paced print manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong ability to balance strategy with execution, thriving under deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills with a passion for developing teams.
  • Experience managing large-scale programs and complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-control initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day digital print production (50 up workflow) with a relentless focus on speed, quality, and precision.
  • Anticipate and manage production demands aligned with seasonal launches, major sports events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement to strengthen operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, R&D, Prepress, and other departments to flawlessly deliver programs from concept to customer.
  • Translate strategic goals into executable operational roadmaps that balance creativity with efficiency.
  • Champion collaboration to ensure seamless integration across functions.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing production and fulfillment teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Lead by example to encourage problem-solving, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Manage high-profile product drops and large-scale campaigns with speed and precision.
  • Design scalable production models that support an expanding product portfolio without sacrificing quality.
  • Anticipate and navigate challenges to keep operations agile in a growth-focused environment.
  • Lead budget management, forecasting, and operational planning in partnership with Finance.
  • Optimize costs while maintaining premium quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to protect the business and enable sustainable growth.
