About The Position

We are seeking a senior technology leader to oversee the management, development, and optimization of our digital platforms, including enterprise web environments and customer-facing solutions. This individual will be responsible for partnering with marketing, sales operations, and external development partners to deliver technology solutions that support business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3-5 years of project experience
3 years in eCommerce or customer portal initiatives.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, etc.) and integrations.
Strong track record managing offshore teams and vendor partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with business stakeholders and product owners throughout requirements gathering and UAT.
Solid knowledge of customer portal features (shopping carts, case management, reporting dashboards, analytics).
Strong background in API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) with ERP, CRM, and other systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Solid understanding of cloud hosting, security, and scalability practices.
