About The Position

The Digital Platforms Specialist plays a central role in ensuring AACE's core technology platforms effectively support membership, education, certification, and day-to-day staff operations. This is not a traditional IT position. Instead, it is a coordination and enablement role that bridges people, systems, and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Platform & Systems Coordination Serve as a primary internal resource for AACE's Association Management System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), Learning Management System, and certification platform.
  • Coordinate system configuration, user access, and issue resolution.
  • Provide first-level support for login and system issues.
  • Support integrations and documentation.
  • Education & Learning Enablement Support LMS delivery and staff adoption.
  • Translate learning goals into technology solutions.
  • Website & Digital Support Maintain and update website content.
  • Support basic SEO, accessibility, and content governance standards.
  • Security & Governance Support Support organizational security initiatives, including user access controls, data handling practices, and vendor coordination.
  • Continuous Improvement Recommend technology improvements and develop training guides.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve user experience across platforms.
  • Support staff onboarding and ongoing adoption of digital tools.
