Nice To Haves

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred; may consider comparable work experience

Responsibilities

  • Align business priorities, clinical needs, and technical constraints into a coherent, multi-product roadmap
  • Support enterprise initiatives such as vendor integrations, platform migrations, and new program launches
  • Own end-to-end delivery across initiatives, ensuring alignment, timelines, and dependencies are actively managed
  • Establish and drive operating cadence (roadmaps, backlog prioritization, cross-team updates, executive reporting)
  • Bring clarity to ambiguity—breaking down complex problems into actionable plans with defined ownership
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across 50+ stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors
  • Ensure high-quality execution in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, HIPAA-compliant workflows)
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Data Science, Operations, and external vendors
  • Act as a central point of coordination across programs to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Drive decision-making and resolve tradeoffs across competing priorities
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Oversee delivery of digital capabilities from concept through launch and optimization
