Urban Outfitters is looking for a Senior Manager of Digital Merchandising that will create and drive the digital merchandising strategy with the Director of Ecommerce; utilizing site analytics and product performance data to continuously optimize demand and conversion performance. This role will partner closely with Buying to ensure relevant investments are supported via marketing messages and site prioritization. They will manage the flow of marketing campaign product selections, execution of site experiences and the creation of product messaging on homepage and throughout site. In close partnership with the Director of Ecommerce, this role will help define and drive the digital messaging roadmap for the broader business. They will serve as the strategic bridge between the Marketing and Ecommerce teams, ensuring that brand stories and commercial priorities are translated into a cohesive, high-impact homepage and site-wide strategy. They will lead a team of divisionally focused team members to ensure a unified digital merchansising point of view.
