As a Sr. Manager of Content & Influencer Affiliate Partnerships, your focus will be to develop and lead business strategies, partnerships, and activations that inspire customers to shop. You'll work closely with leads across Marketing, Retail and Operations, Product, and Engineering to develop and manage some of our most critical strategic partnerships, spearhead cross-functional deal implementation efforts, and research, evaluate and recommend potential collaborations. You will need to be a savvy self-starter who loves building from the ground up, leverages performance data to inform scale, and has excellent communication skills.
