Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, preferably in a consulting / professional services environment
  • Experience working with healthcare provider digital and IT environments, including familiarity with major clinical, enterprise, and digital platforms, and the ability to think strategically about how technology enables provider strategy, operations, performance, and transformation
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their implications for healthcare providers, with the ability to use AI-enabled tools effectively while applying independent critical thinking and professional judgment
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH), or equivalent experience developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
  • experience with Tableau is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project, balancing work effort and input from clients and colleagues to achieve goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, drawing upon healthcare knowledge and insights
  • Coach and mentor junior staff, driving the development of their skills and knowledge
  • Produce sophisticated, compelling deliverables that motivate clients to action
  • Support the firm’s growth through contributions to internal initiatives
